“‘His injury was a bad cut under the eye and he was transferred because Ein Karem has plastic surgeons and he needed their services. All the other police injured that I saw had minor cuts and bruises. None had broken bones that I am aware of. All the injured protestors I saw had broken bones, legs and arm injuries, and head wounds. A lot of blood. The atmosphere was that of a terrorist attack with the prevalent undercurrent that this time the attackers were Jews.'” read more

Sunday Jerusalem Rally to Demand Public Inquiry into Amona Violence

This author seriously questions the purpose of such a rally unless; 1) It is capable of drawing at least numbers similar to the pre-Expulsion prayer gathering at the Kotel or at least 250,000 Jews and 2) It serves as the kickoff of massive, permanent presences both in front of Knesset and at the entrance of the Prime Minister’s residence from now through 28 March.
