I spent this afternoon with my brother-in-law, as he worked his way trying to file for a temporary restraining order against the army. He filed the papers at the Beit Mishpat Hashalom in our very own Beit Shemesh (why BS is another story). After many tense hours the judge, Shimon Shtein, agreed to a hearing tomorrow (Tuesday) morning. read more
