A number of years ago when the legal aide organization Honenu came into existence, their front page showed the picture of a screaming, hysterical woman and the words, “If You’re Alive, You Must be Guilty!”
That simple picture, despite growth of Honenu’s legal services on behalf of Jews who have been incarcerated and imprisoned for defending themselves against Arab terror or for oppposition to regime in power, Arab lynch mobs or perceived imminent body threat to their being, remains indelibly sealed in this author’s minds-eye.
