Olmert, Barak, Livni, Ramon, etc. — Israeli System of Governance, Institutions; Indictable for Subversion, Seduction Against the Jews?
.
This author has just finished learning Gemara Sanhedrin Chapter 11 — Cheilik, that is; to learn who is worthy of Olam Habah, who is not and who goes from this world to Gehennom for their deeds.
The final Mishna cited in Perek Cheilek deals with the Subverted or Seduced City (Ir HaNidachas). This Mishna takes up the last two pages of the chapter 11. And without going into specific cases regarding witnesses, exact circumstances, whether the subverters were defined by halacha as citizens of the city or outsiders, ownership of property or possessions which resided either inside or outside of the city, the Mishna parallels posukim in Wikepedia’s rendering of the pertinent posukim of Parsha Re’eh;

Tzipy Livni: Not Just a Diplomatic Lightweight, but a Diplomatic Underweight
.

Foreign Minister Tzipy Livni claims that the entire world accepts Israeli stance and;
…senior diplomatic officials estimate that the Americans will back the Israeli perception, as it has been presented over the past month and a half in which Livni has been heading the negotiations.
But then again, Livni and the entire Israeli foreign ministry, after years under tutelege of Peres, Sylvan Shalom and now Livni, are now collectively diplomatic underweights and neophites.
Consider this exchange between Livni and former PA Prime Minister, and now chief PA “negotiator (sic)” Ahmed Qureia;
Is Mazuz Lowering the Boom on Olmert?
.

Commentary;
Israel’s Attorney General Menahem Mazuz uttered words we all have known and felt, perhaps as far back as the March, 2006 elections, but for sure since the various police investigations of Olmert began.
What is truly scary is the spectre of a Prime Minister, beset by the impending final Winograd Report on the Lebanon conflict frought with its inherent or implied Prime Ministerial responsibility for failure and the various criminal investigations and possible impending police-endorsed indictment(s), giving away the store — Jerusalem partition, Yehuda and Shomron, 1947 partition lines, the Golan, etc. to save himself — the people he governs be damned. Olmert On Eve of Annapolis: One Not So Jive Turkey
.

Commentary;
Although there are a number of possible dangerous flaws in Benny Elon’s Israeli Initiative concept such that it is unlikely to be workable, the apparent scenario going down in the run-up to Annapolis is infinitely more disastrous and dangerous.
The root of Annapolis, as with Oslo, with the Road Map, etc. took hold on Israeli soil due to it’s implantation by successive Israeli regimes. The Annapolis conference, as with it’s predecessors, were NOT brainchilds of either Clinton or Bush, but were concoctions of Israeli regimes lusting, at ALL costs, to eradicate from the Israeli intellect, mindset and psyche all traces and vestiges of Jewish heritage, history and traditions.

Ido Zoldan Z’l: Torah Scholar, Builder, A Founder of Homesh First
.

Commentary;
Some are calling bizarre the “slip” which Prime Minister Olmert made yesterday in a statement made concluding his meeting with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak in Sharm el-Sheik.
Aaron Lerner of IMRA (Independent Media Research and Analysis) writes;
PM Olmert termed 29-year-old Israeli citizen, Ido Zoldan z”l of the settlement of Shavei Shomron, who was murdered Monday by Fatah members, a “soldier” in his remarks.
While agreeing with Lerner that the statement seems bizarre, this author would further opin that Olmert’s characterization symbolizes a typical lack of forethought in his words. And with this lack of forethought, the characterization of Zoldan as a “soldier” could be looked upon as a back-handed or unintended compliment.
