Two Must Reads: On Comptroller’s Report, On Bribing and Appeasing Abbas

Barak of IRIS has once again come through big-time regarding two of the three biggest threats facing Israel. These threats are not Hamas, not Abbas, not Hezbollah, not Syria, not even Irans’s Ahmadinejad.

Barak deals with two of the three biggest threats facing Israel in two links; one dealing with the State Comptroller’s report and the impact of corruption and protexia on Home Front unpreparedness during the Lebanon conflict and the other which impacts on bribery and appeasement of and submission, by way of huge funds transfers and release of terrorists, to enemies sworn to our destruction.

The third of the threats to Israel’s very existence, and this is the season leading up to Tisha B’av where we intensify mourning for and commemoration of the loss of both Temples and nearly 2,000 years of Galut, is the disunity and loathing of one sector of Jew for another(i.e., as now president Shimon Peres put it after losing to Netanyahu in 1996; the Jews…, the Israelis…).

And in a sense, these three threats are all related in that they are all express lack of unity, lack of will and lack of morality.

This triple threat must be systematically dealt with and eradicated.

And this author can think of no better way, short of Moshiach, for dealing with and eradicating these three mortal threats to Israel and to the Jewish people than with Manhigut Yehudit in control of the Likud with the installation of faith-based Prime Minister of Israel. MB
