One Dead, 1 Seriously Hurt in Sderot Kassam Attack

Excerpts;

Eyewitnesses reported an unusually loud explosion at the impact of the rcket, perhaps pointing at additional explosives that Palestinian terrorist groups have succeeded in attaching to the homemade Kassams.

A doctor from Barzilai told Channel 2 that one of the wounded from the earlier barrage would most likely lose his legs as a result of shrapnel wounds.

According to reports, the rockets landed near an apartment building and a Sderot cemetery, and hit within a number of meters from the wounded residents.

All together, eight Kassam rockets were fired at Israel from Gaza Wednesday morning.

Three Kassams were fired at Israel Tuesday overnight.

Senior Hamas Politician Tries to Enter Gaza with 2 Million Euros

Excerpts;

“The Palestinian official arrived at the border and informed the Egyptian side that he was carrying about 2 million euros, collected on a trip to Saudi Arabia,’ one of the border officials said, speaking on condition of anonymity.”

He said border guards stopped Hamas deputy Mushir al-Masri from crossing, telling him that he had to “wait for coordination” to take the money across the border. The border ultimately closed without approval being granted.

Palestinians technically control the Gaza side of the crossing but its operations can be blocked by Israel, which has shut the border frequently this year over… threats by Palestinian militants.
