And just like all other “Israeli Commissions of Investigation” formed in the past, it will probably be one of stone-walling, whitewashing and skewing in favor of the Regime. Just like the commissions after the Yom Kippur War, after the Sabra and Shatilla Camps, after the shootings at Ma’arat Hamachpela in the early 1990s, after the Rabin Assassination, about illegal kidnapping by the Regime of the time of S’fardi infants in the hospital and on and on, Justice is never done, truth is never served by all of these so-called Blue Ribbon Israeli Commissions of Investigation. The perpetrators never pay the price and go free to up the ante, to do still greater sins with total immunity from the people scrutiny. MB
Olmert Remains Firm Despite Evidence of Brutality

“Acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, supported by his ministers, remains firm in his support for police, despite mounting photographic and video evidence of widespread brutality against unarmed youths in Amona this week.”
“Senior police brass released sanitized statements, giving support to Yasam tactical troops and others involved in the expulsion in Amona, insisting police used “moderate force” in line with the opposition faced in the field. Public Security Minister Gidon Ezra concurred.”
These two men, and the political group that they represent are the roots of evil! They must collectively be defeated, ravaged in the upcoming elections and be forever relegated to political trash heaps, like that big, old trash mound near Tel Aviv. MB
Received this email, a local resident wrote the following message which was published in a local Hebrew publication;
Loosely translated:
I protest the use of brutal force against people who were defending the honor of Heaven across the country this past week (I include in here the Charedim who protested against the defamation of a dead body).
I am notifying you, that as of today I will do all that I can to prevent my friends from joining any volunteer activities with the police, in Mishmar Ezrachi, Mishmar HaGevul, or any other volunteer activity.
You should be embarrassed, and don’t turn to us to do your work.
Try a diversion this time….float the balloon saying there will be a massive attempt to get onto the Temple Mount…may the cops will bring their horseys their.
