SELA Sham and Incompetence in Nitzan

Careful What You Wish For -By Rachel and Moshe Saperstein, Neve Dekalim / Jerusalem Gold Hotel

Excerpts:

“We drove down to Nitzan this morning as I had some Operation Dignity business to attend to. We visited the house we have been assigned, but which we cannot yet enter because some document or other has yet to find its way into our file. Walking around the house we talked with neighbors already living there. Rather, we listened to them as they enlightened us about one problem after another in the physical structure of the caravillas.

From our own observation we found three potentially dangerous problems. First, a raised water pipe and water meter has been placed alongside our front door. Only with great care do you avoid tripping over it. And at night, in the dark, you won’t be able to avoid it. Second, an air-conditioner rests on the ground next to a side wall. Placed directly in front of it is a sprinkler, part of the system for watering the lawn. When the sprinkler goes off it will flood the air conditioner. Third, whole sections of the lawn are settling or sinking. In places it looks like a landscape for trench warfare. As both Moshe and I are already a little unsteady, you can imagine how terrifying this is.”
