URGENT: Seeking Donors of Used Sifrei Torah/Funds for Worthy Locations
Seeking Chesed-oriented Jews, or a Chesed-oriented Kehilla to step forward to either donate a used Sefer Torah, and/or to be Philanthropic Angels or to donate the funds necessary to acquire and restore Sifrei Torah for needy Jewish communities in Israel such as Yishuv Adura and its 46 families in need of a Sefer Torah, but without the financially means to acquire. Your donation can be via Paypal or by Tax-Deductible Donation (please arrow down).
Adura is located near Chevron and Kiryat Arba and is the site where 4 residents were killed and 2 others severely wounded in an Arab
terror attack on a Shabbos, 27 April, 2002. A 5th resident of Adura was murdered in a pigu'a in the center of Jerusalem two months before.

There is now a special importance, a special emphasis on acquiring a Sefer Torah for placement in Yishuv Adura in memory of our Jewish brothers who were victims of cold-blooded murderous Arab terror. These "brave Arab 'freedom fighters(sic)' " infiltrated Yishuv Adura on Shabbos disguised as IDF soldiers and stormed into Jewish homes killing the occupants. One young man, seeing what he
thought were IDF soldiers outside, ran and told them to be careful
as terrorists were in the area. These "soldiers" promptly opened
fire killing the young man. A Sefer Torah would be a fitting dedication
to our brothers who lost their precious lives to Arab terror, as well
as to make Yishuv Adura a Mokom Torah, joining Neshamot who have leyned,
kissed and danced with the Sefer Torah -- past, present and future.
YOUR help is needed and is crucial to this endeavor. In short, the donor or donors of a Sefer Torah, or those helping to locate, and to acquire a Sefer Torah via donation, are as if they had reached into their own pockets or bank accounts and donated three, four or more thousands of US$. We seek used but idle Kosher Sifrei Torah, or Sifrei Torah in posul condition in need of minimal repairs to restore them to Kosher condition for placement in numerous other worthy, economically needy locations in Israel.
Other locations seeking Sifrei Torah include the Beit Knesset of
Yishuv Kerem Atzmona in Gush Katif, Yeshiva Zichron David in Ramat
Beit Shemesh, three Kehillot in Beitar Illit; including the Russian Kehilla/Yeshiva Ohel Avraham and Beit Knesset Mifal Hashem, the Alexander Muss Institute for Israel Education in Hod HaSharon, a Timani Shul in Katamon in Jerusalem, a Kehilla in Nachlaot, in Jerusalem which davens in a bomb shelter as well as many more locations throughout Israel.

Honenu, Grant
Us... (currently a Hebrew-only site) raises funds to provide aid to soldiers and
civilians who have not only become victims of the Oslo War and continuing Arab terror, but who have become victimized by their own
government as well.
The police and the "justice system" have entangled many soldiers and civilians in a web of legal difficulties necessitating costly
personal defense litigation arising from their acting in their own self-defense in situations where but a split-second's hesitation; a
thought about "rules of engagement" would render them dead or seriously injured. The Honenu Organization is a form of Pidyon
Sh'vu'im providing aid for fellow Jews incarcerated and tried by the "justice system" of Israel. Your donations will be accomplishing a
great Mitzvah.
