Commentary;
Yekutiel Ben-Yaakov, his English name Mike Guzofsky, formerly of New York, received a sentence of 200 hours of community service, a suspended 6 month jail sentence and a parole period of 3 years.
Undoubtedly, he will be deemed by the regime and by the left as yet another individual of “moral turpitude” for daring, in what amounted to an informal referendum poll with 100,000 respondents, to ask politically incorrect questions in the months before the expulsion like “Should We Expel Arabs or Jews?”

President Shimon Peres, who in February, 2002 uttered this gem;

has offered up his latest “pearl of wisdom”;

To this day, Mr. Peres won’t own-up to the facts; that Islamics pull the triggers which fire guns which cause Jewish fatalities and maimings and, the inevitability of the vehicles, weapons and ammo given to the so-called “moderate” camp headed by Mahmoud Abbas being turned upon Jews with resulting Jewish fatalities and maimings. Due to the equivocation of successive Israeli governments and their pre-occupation with “what the nations will say,” Islamics have

For seven days, Moshe taught Aaron HaKohen and his sons the laws of their Avodah in the Mishkan. (You might say that they were given OJT from Shemayim.)
Our Parsha Sh’mini begins by relating that on the eighth day, Aaron and his sons commenced their Avodah HaKodosh.
But our Parsha also relates the tragedy of the deaths of Aaron’s two oldest sons, Nadav and Avihu who died while performing an unauthorized Service, offering a “strange fire …, which he did not command them…” (Artscroll Chumash, Vayikra, Perek 10, posuk 1) And our Parsha relates that “Hashem spoke to Aaron saying: Do not drink intoxicating wine, you and your sons …, when you come to the Ohel Mo’ed (the Tent of Meeting), that you not die — this is an eternal decree for your generations. In order to distinguish between the sacred and the profane …” (Artscroll Chumash, Vayikra, Perek 10, p’sukim 8-10).

Commentary;
One must question whether this report is even eligible for posting on this blog as it is axiomatic that the Olmert regime has been dividing Jerusalem since prior to day 1 of Annapolis.
But perhaps, this short report is notable for the very reason stated above. Further, it keeps us focused on the FACTS that Shas knowingly remains in a government which, by it’s active role in dividing Jerusalem, signifies that it actively craves the division and eradication of Jewishness from Israelis. In the end, unless Shas leaves the government, it will eventually fulfill its own self-fulfilling prophesy, as noted by Dr Aaron Lerner of IMRA, whereby “for ‘pikuach nefesh’ (life endangering situation) Israel has to cut a deal on Jerusalem at all costs.”

Commentary;
The Olmert regime is yet again repeating its Oslo mistakes, as well as the Oslo mistakes of its predecessors Rabin, Peres, Netanyahu in giving Islamics the weapons which will inevitably be turned on Jews.
And despite regime denials, they ARE negotiating a one year “hudna” with the Islamics, be they Hamas, the Islamic Jihad faction of Fatah. In fact, the so-called factionalizations of Islam make no difference — their aims and goals are the same, our eradication.
