At the conclusion of President Trump’s speech expressing United States recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s Capital and authorizing preparations for a move of the United States Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, the President sat down at a desk near the podium and signed a document which he then held up for all of the media to see.
