Ehud Olmert has done devastating damage to the nation of Israel and yet struts around struts around extolling the virtues of the disaster which he and his other stooges; Livni, Peretz, Halutz, etc., and Arik Sharon before him, set in motion beginning with the Expulsion of Jews from Gush Katif, the police riot in Amona, the kidnapping of the three young soldiers, the Lebanon conflict and the constant terror of Sderot and the Negev from Gaza.

Dr Aaron Lerner of IMRA (Independent Media Research and Analysis) brings to light these comments from a senior PA official in Ramallah cited by Khaled Abu Toameh in a Jerusalem Post piece;
“There are public meetings and there are secret ones,” the PA official explained. “The main progress has been achieved during the secret talks, particularly on the issue of Jerusalem. Today we can say that Israel is prepared to withdraw from almost all the Arab neighborhoods and villages in Jerusalem. Israel is prepared to redivide Jerusalem and this is a positive development.”

Dr. Aaron Lerner of IMRA makes this comment on the Jerusalem Post report below;
Given Mr. Olmert’s etrog status, anything short of catching him killing someone in a live broadcast would probably not be sufficient for an indictment as far as AG Mazuz is concerned. And even then, Mr. Olmert’s team has already noted that the law doesn’t require a prime minister to resign if he is indicted – he has to be convicted.

The above headline carries a gross misconception. IDF doesn’t shave, let alone retake an area vital to Israel’s security without approval, however tentative and hesitant, by political echelons [strong emphasis on political.]
Just as Olmert, Barak and their lackies waffle repeatedly regarding a “possible” Gaza invasion and energy sactions, so too, expect a lot of waffling and equivocation regarding the security of the Jewish people which necessitates retaking of the Philadelphi corridor.

Tel Aviv District Court Judge George Kara sentenced Mordechai and Eltizur Harel Levenstein to 40 months and 30 months respectively for endangering lives in a public thoroughfare
Palestinian terrorists released back in July 2007 included terrorists sentenced for as little as:
- Attempted murder: 25 months
- Shooting: 16 months
- Planting bomb or incendiary material: 12 months
