Hours after President Bush arrived in Israel, a Grad Missile slamed into Chutzot Mall in Ashkelon injuring 15, including a Mother and Daughter and a Doctor and assistant who were seriously injured. And while some speak about Bush’s trip here as modern-day Megillat Esther replay and a Nationalist politician assails Israel’s avoidance of all-out effort to eliminate terror and terror weapon smuggling in Gaza as as avoiding war to please gentiles, it seems that the reality of the matter is that the Bush visit is nothing but a smokescreen to deflect attention from the Olmert, Livni, Barak, Ramon regime’s deliberate, conscious, dogged efforts to eradicate all connection and consciousness between Israel and Israelis, and all Jewish law, tradition, spirituality, history and The Land of Israel.
Today’s deadly Islamic attack on the Ashkelon Mall is still further proof that the protexia-class Olmert regime, in its blind, maddening hate and disdain for Jewish law, spirituality and Jewish roots, continues to offer up Jewish korbanot at the altar of the avodah zora, the idol — Oslo.
And ironically, it was a Gentile, Slovenian president and rotational president of the EU, Danilo Turk who showed moral courage in attempting to visit Har HaBayit only to be blocked by Israeli security officials. MB

MK Eldad: Israel Avoiding War to Please Gentiles
Ashkelon, Israel’s 13th largest city with nearly 110,000 people, has come into range of Gaza’s rockets over the past year and a half. Many of the rockets have landed very near the Rotenberg Power Plant, Israel’s second-largest electric station, which supplies about a quarter of Israel’s electricity.
The late Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin, who signed the Oslo Accords on behalf of Israel, poo-pooed fears that Ashkelon would be targeted by rockets. He said in the summer of 1995, “We know all the scare-stories of the Likud. They promised [when the first Oslo agreement was signed, in 1993] that there would be Katyushas from Gaza. It’s been a year already that Gaza is mostly under PA control, and there haven’t been any Katyushas, and there won’t be any… The Likud is simply scared to death of peace – they are ‘peace scaredy-cats’ – and for this reason is reacting in a truly childish manner.”
