Isn’t burning tires seditious, incitement against authority? Weren’t these citings sufficient rationale to justify arrest or police, Shabak or Yassam brutality against those who protested against expulsion of their Jewish brothers from Jewish land in Gush Katif ?
Aside from this short report in the Jerusalem Post, there were no reports of either the burning tires or any resultant arrests or police, Shabak or Yassam brutality against the perpetrators. The same could be said for the various trucker and port strikes which we have witnessed in recent years. No charges of incitement or sedition were filed.
Selective law enforcement and mind-policing — rampant throughout Israel. MB
