HCJ: Feiglin’s Crimes Were Free of Moral Turpitude
Full Text;
“The High Court of Justice rejected the petition of Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz that claimed a previous ruling clearing Moshe Feiglin’s crimes were free of moral turpitude was incorrect.”
“Feiglin was convicted in 1997 for “seditious acts and publications and unlawful assembly” during his protests against the Oslo Accords.”
“By upholding the earlier ruling, the High Court allowed Feiglin to serve in the next Knesset.”
