‘Negotiate Peace, as Was Done at the Madrid Conference in 1991’<\/strong><\/a> (Jerusalem Post Editorial)<\/p>\n “Israelis should return the Golan Heights, with a US security guarantee for Israel that could include an international force on the border, including US troops if requested by both parties.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Commentary;<\/strong><\/p>\n The citings of US\/Third Party “guarantees” regarding Israel’s security are voluminous and have never worked, never will.
