The decision was reached in a special Cabinet meeting after Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was unanimously declared &#8220;permanently unable to exercise his duties.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>This signalled an end to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon&#8217;s premiership, 100 days after he suffered his incapacitating stroke on January 4. <\/p>\n<p>Sharon is currently hospitalized at Hadassah University Hospital, Ein Kerem campus and has been in a coma since that time, with no change in his condition.
