Within the article is a quotable quote from Shaul Mofaz which is quite revealing;

“At a news conference, Mofaz suggested Rice was in accord with Israel’s campaign against Hamas and other groups the State Department lists as terrorist.”

“‘The United States believes we have a right to defend our people’, Mofaz said. ‘The US is very clear we have to give the best security to the Israeli people.'”

This from Israel’s Minister of Defense, who in keeping with the current government of Israel’s distorted, grasshopper mentality, perceives that it must justify and get Washington’s permission to defend it’s constuency, the Jewish People. MB read more
